When you sell your home, you want to have the most exposure to the widest audience possible. At Asset Management Real Estate, we offer two options to market your home for sale. Our Full-Service offering is for property owners that want strategic marketing and the full benefits of agent representation. Our FSBO (For Sale By Owner) program is designed to provide experienced Sellers a professional MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listing that will put their property in front of thousands of local Realtors and Buyers, without the benefits of agent representation.

Our FSBO program is based on self-representation. We do not represent you in the traditional sense. We will help your price and prepare your listing but once it is on the MLS you represent yourself in all matters involving the sale of your property. You represent yourself in dealing with Realtors who will be showing your property and attempting to sell it to their Buyers. You represent yourself in dealing directly with Buyers who do not have an agent and want to view your property and possibly buy it. All appointments, negotiations, offers, inspections, appraisals, title work, etc. will be handled by you. You can continue to market your property yourself while it is on the MLS and you may withdraw your active MLS listing at any time.
